Creative Achievement Award

Congratulations to Celina D. on her admittance to California College of the Arts (CCA).
In addition to admittance to the school, she was awarded the Creative Achievement Award, which is a Merit scholarship based on her incredible artistic skills and her portfolio, her scholarship is for $84K!

Screenagers – Teen cellphone addiction

Award-winning “SCREENAGERS” looks at teen cell phone addiction and its effects on self-esteem and social norms. Through surprising insights from the directors and brain scientists, solutions emerge on how we can empower kids to best navigate the digital world, as well as help families minimize harmful effects and find balance.
This documentary will be shown at Capuchino High School Theater, 1501 Magnolia – entrance on Millwood. Wednesday, March 28 at 6:30. The movie will run with Spanish subtitles.

Capuchino Drama presents “The Miracle Worker” – November 17th – 19th, 2017

Capuchino Drama presents “The Miracle Worker”, the moving story of Helen Keller and her governess, Annie Sullivan, who helped Helen learn to overcome her disabilities of being deaf and blind.
